Heiling from the Tolima region of Colombia, this Microlot comes to us from Elias and Shady Bayter of El Veral Estate and has been processed in a precisely controlled Anaerobic Natural process. The 48-60 hour anaerobic fermentation process enhances its unique flavor profile and careful, multistage drying intensifies the flavors even further. This exceptional coffee is a limited release lot so make sure to grab some before it’s gone!
