ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST 

Job Description

Full-Time Only, Starting at $16 an hour 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm   

We are looking for an energetic, diligent, passionate team player to join our driven production team.  

As a full-time Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the production team to accomplish fulfilling customer orders by labeling, packaging, packing orders, and cleaning/maintaining our production facility, along with other warehouse tasks. 

This role encompasses a wide range of duties including but not limited to: 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Package orders being shipped to customers, ensuring correct sorting, packaging, labeling, and delivery instructions 
  • Clean equipment and work areas 
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location 

* Training for all tasks will be provided 

Position Requirements: 

  • Attention to detail 
  • Proficient at problem solving, time management, and able to work in a close team environment with the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to tolerate noise and strong fragrance 
  • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk for long periods of time 
  • Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis 

* Coffee experience is not required but preference may be given to a candidate’s related experience. Training for all tasks will be provided
